How do I shop?
At the moment, shopping is only available on our website www.somstore.sk. In the second half of 2021, apart from shopping online, you will have the chance to shop in our physical store. While shopping online, follow the instructions, which will guide you through the entire shopping process. Detailed information and legislation regarding the shopping process can be found in the General terms and conditions.
Do I have to register to shop at the site?
No registration is needed. We, however, recommend for you to register, as it will save you time with filling our information for every one of your future purchases.
How do I pay?
Our website has an option to pay via Globalpayments, a paywall which accepts the following types of credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, Diners Club International.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All of our orders are shipped the day after the order is placed. We want to make sure that you can enjoy your package as soon as possible. Since all the orders are sent via courier services, they should arrive within 2-5 business days. If the delivery should take longer for whatever reason, we will inform you in advance.
How do I return my order?
Orders from somstore.sk can be returned for free within 14 days of their expedition date. To make the process as easy as possible for you, all you need to do is contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and decide on the date of pick up. We will contact delivery company and organise pick up on agreed date. Delivery service will also take care of shipping label. We ask you only to pack your items back to the box it was shipped in and to add filled form that was sent to you with designer goods.
